hello my girlfriend got a new job yesterday and today she Went in and They fired her cause of something on here background check That Happened 11 years ago. After 5 years I Thought They Could not do anything or Hold It Against You. thank you

Can They hold it forever. A record is permanent.
No, If They acquire the Knowledge of her bad background, It Does not Matter How They got it, they’re not force yourself to keep her Legally employed if They Do not want her working there, It Does not Matter if It Happened 100 years ago.
They Can you hold stuff for the rest agenst of her life Depending on what she did wrong It Was. It really depends on what it WAS she did. you never did say what she did wrong It Was I so can not really answer the question. P. s I live in Ohio to

If the information still up in the background eating dog They still use it. It Must Have Been Serious to terminate her pretty over an 11 year old incident. Theft maybe???
